1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "phbida" refers to the online gaming platform operated at phbida.cam, its subsidiaries, and affiliated entities operating under PAGCOR licensing authority.
• "Member" / "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the phbida platform.
• "Services" refers to all casino games, sports betting, live dealer products, promotions, and ancillary features available on the phbida platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total real-money PHP funds held in a Member's account, excluding any bonus wallet amounts.
• "Bonus Wallet" refers to promotional credits held separately from the real-money balance and subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer verification process, as required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for licensing and regulating online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing phbida.cam, creating a player account, depositing funds, or using any of the Services provided by phbida, you unconditionally accept these Terms and all documents incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform and contact phbida customer support to close your account.

Your continued use of the phbida platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. phbida will notify Members of material changes via email to the registered address and/or via a notice on the platform prior to such changes taking effect.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account with phbida, you must meet and continue to satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a PAGCOR-mandated minimum age requirement for all online gambling activities in the Philippines. phbida enforces strict age verification and will suspend any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
2. You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the phbida platform is legal in your location.
3. You must register using accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
4. You must not be a phbida employee, contractor, director, officer, or an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement — whether through phbida's own responsible gaming tools, PAGCOR's exclusion register, or any equivalent program.
6. You must possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

4. Account Rules

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only at phbida. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in:

• Immediate suspension of all associated accounts;
• Voiding of all pending withdrawals and bonus balances across all accounts;
• Forfeiture of winnings generated through multi-account activity; and
• A permanent ban from the phbida platform.

You are solely responsible for the security of your phbida login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. phbida strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Philippine mobile number. Do not share your login details with any third party. phbida will never ask you for your password through any communication channel.

phbida reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks at any time, including but not limited to during large withdrawal requests, unusual betting patterns, or when required by PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities. Failure to cooperate with verification requests within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: All deposits to your phbida account are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and Bitcoin, subject to availability and any method-specific minimums. phbida does not apply currency conversion fees on PHP deposits. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification. First-time withdrawal requests without verified KYC documentation will be held pending verification.
• The withdrawal amount requested must not exceed your verified real-money Account Balance. Bonus wallet funds are not withdrawable until all wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. phbida reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to new or different payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are published in the phbida Cashier section and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts typically process within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to 3 business days depending on inter-bank processing times.

phbida reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, AML concerns, or other compliance obligations arising under applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR requirements.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All promotional offers available at phbida are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all phbida promotions include:

• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Wallet and held separately from your real-money Account Balance.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play become eligible for withdrawal.
• Unless a promotion specifies otherwise, wagering requirements apply to the total of the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms.
• Certain game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, for example, may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Contribution rates are published per promotion.
• phbida reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
• Bonuses are offered for personal, recreational gaming only. Exploitation of bonus structures through systematic betting patterns designed to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements ("bonus abuse") is prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture.
• Promotions are available to players in the Philippines only, unless otherwise specified. phbida reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any player claiming a promotion.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the phbida platform are supplied by independent certified game providers including JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Habanero, Spadegaming, and others listed in the platform's game lobby. Each provider's games operate under their own independently certified random number generator (RNG) or live dealer procedures.

phbida makes no modifications to the mathematical models, RNG outcomes, or game logic of any third-party game. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term average and are not a guarantee of short-term results. House edge figures for live dealer games (including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack) are published in the phbida Casino section.

In the event of a technical failure, game malfunction, or disconnection during a game round, phbida's policy is to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. If a technical fault results in an erroneous display of winnings, phbida reserves the right to correct the error and void any payments made in error. Members are encouraged to contact support immediately if they believe a technical error has affected a game outcome.

8. Responsible Gaming

phbida is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all its Members. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a response to financial stress. phbida provides the following responsible gaming tools directly within every Member account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period. The same cooling-off rules apply to reductions versus increases.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders or session termination after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 12 months, or apply a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed before the nominated period expires.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications during play sessions displaying elapsed time and net session result.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phbida platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account operation;
• Attempting to open or operate more than one account;
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion arrangement;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools of any kind to interact with the platform or gain an advantage over other players or the house;
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or mathematical vulnerabilities in any game, including but not limited to progressive jackpot errors or display faults;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in live dealer or multiplayer game environments;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including fraud or money laundering, or using the platform in any manner that facilitates money laundering in violation of the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA);
• Engaging in or facilitating any chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with a payment provider that is not supported by a valid and documented error on phbida's part;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the platform's source code, algorithms, or backend infrastructure;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward phbida staff or other members.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the phbida platform — including but not limited to the phbida brand name, logo, Art Deco visual identity, platform code, marketing materials, and original content — is the exclusive property of phbida and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international treaties.

Game content (including graphics, audio, and mathematics) supplied by third-party providers remains the intellectual property of the respective provider. No portion of the phbida platform or any third-party game content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from the relevant rights holder.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phbida shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the platform;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to a Member account where the Member's failure to secure login credentials was a contributing factor;
• Interruptions to the platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service outages, internet connectivity failures, force majeure events, or regulatory action;
• Losses arising from a Member's decision to continue playing after becoming aware of a technical error or display fault;
• Tax obligations arising from gaming winnings, which remain the sole responsibility of the Member under applicable Philippine tax law.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

12. Termination & Account Closure

phbida reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• phbida is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement direction;
• The Member's account shows signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Members.

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting phbida customer support. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following account closure, subject to any outstanding verification requirements.

13. Amendments to These Terms

phbida reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes — including changes to withdrawal conditions, bonus rules, or prohibited conduct clauses — will be communicated to Members via email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where operationally possible.

Non-material changes (including typographical corrections, reorganisation of clauses without substantive effect, and updates to contact information) may be made without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms is always available at phbida.cam/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between a Member and phbida, both parties agree to first seek resolution through phbida's internal customer support and dispute process. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR through its formal complaints and dispute resolution process, details of which are available on the official PAGCOR website. Any litigation not resolved through PAGCOR mediation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
